The judges were particularly impressed with the level of care and commitment the team shows in helping every patient feel confident and excited about their eyewear choices.

We spoke to Respectacle Company about their win:

What was your initial reaction when you and your team found out that your practice had won the Frame Styling Practice of the Year Award? 

We were all thrilled, surprised and very proud to be honoured with this award.

What do you believe was the key factor that set your practice apart and led to this win? 

We have an amazing team who all work together so well and are very passionate about eyewear, offering all our customers the highest possible level of service. We get a lot of pleasure seeing our customers excited about their new eyewear.

Has this recognition inspired you to set new goals or be more ambitious in your practice? If so, how? 

We’re always looking at how we can evolve and improve within our practice this award has given us the recognition to realise that we can do anything if we work at it.

What exciting developments or future plans can we expect from your practice following this achievement? 

We always have lots of plans, whether its changing our interior, offering new packages to customers or working with local community groups, but thing we do want to do this year is to offer more open awareness days.

How have you celebrated and shared this success with your patients, community, and staff? What has the response been like?

We are planning a day out with all the staff to celebrate and thank them for their hard work and commitment and we’ve had a huge response locally from both local businesses and customers congratulating us.
