Sightcare recently welcomed Gemma Drake, optics early talent specialist and founder of Into Optics, to deliver a webinar on securing future talent for independent optical businesses. You can view the session here
During the session Gemma shared details of her innovative new online platform, Into Optics, which is currently being developed to specifically help independent practices attract, recruit and retain future talent and build their optom pipelines (helping to level the playing the field when it comes to competing for optical talent!).
Whilst still in development phase, Gemma is now seeking volunteers from across the sector to join her face-to-face focus groups, to help shape the final stages and ensure it meets the specific needs of independent businesses. These sessions are taking place as shown on the right, with lunch provided.
