SightCare Wins Customer Excellence Award

We are thrilled to announce that SightCare has won the Service Excellence Award at the Inspire Awards 2024! 

SightCare was selected by the judges because it was felt by that “they were pushing the boundaries and trying to move the business in various directions for the benefit of their client base as much as for themselves”. 

The judges liked the way that many of the team presented their reasons for why they should win the award and were fully committed and engaged in the vision and mission of the company. 

SightCare is embracing change and adapting to their customers’ needs in a very competitive market where the ‘big chains’ are starting to dominate and they are fighting hard to keep their independents informed and competitive – ingredients, the judges felt, for a winning business.  

Outgoing Chief Executive John French said: “For a small not-for-profit business this means a lot to us. We’re deeply grateful to our amazing staff, supportive partners, and wonderful members who inspire us every day to strive for excellence, and who leave us such brilliant feedback.” 

New CEO Emma Rawlings, who is taking over as John retires in October, said “I’m thrilled that the team’s hard work has been recognised and celebrated with this highly regarded award. It’s a privilege to join such a dedicated, resourceful and talented group and I’m excited for what we’ll achieve together moving forward.”
